We are confident in our ability to deliver training to your complete satisfaction.

Our 'No-Risk' Guarantee

If the course does not follow the description or, in the case of one-to-one courses, does not cover the areas agreed with the participant on the first day of the course, we will refund your course fees. This guarantee is valid, if you observe our normal or agreed payment terms and conditions.

Payment

Payment is required before the start of the course. Please contact us for payment details. We accept BACS payments, cheques and can also accept payment by Visa, American Express or MasterCard.

Cancellations and Postponements

We accept that changing plans are a feature of business life, and we try to be as flexible as possible when plans have to change. For this reason, we do not charge for cancellations or postponements if we are given at least 11 working days (Monday-Friday) notice of any changes.Within 11 working days, the following charges apply: 50% - if the course is cancelled, 20% - if the course is postponed and we are given definite new dates. For example, if a course is booked to start in week 22, you have until the end of Thursday (17.30 UK time) in week 19 to cancel or postpone without any charges. If we have made commitments, for example to accommodation, on behalf of the client, these costs will be invoiced in the normal way. Alternatively, you are welcome to send a replacement participant.

Insurance

We cannot accept responsibility for any claims arising from a participant or third party and we strongly recommend that participants have insurance cover.
